A full renovation of a two-bedroom apartment in a Victorian school building in Hackney, North London.

A project in collaboration with Barcelona-based architects, Sauras Garriga, to develop technical design and oversee construction.
Minor alterations to the layout include the re-positioning of a stair to the mezzanine level workspace area and updates to the kitchen and living room.
The new stair is integrated into furniture and joinery to improve the apartment’s circulation of the apartment and maximise usable space. Image by Sauras Garriga.
