The redevelopment of the corner site in Brockley proposes nine apartments, each with ample private external amenity, and a generous community space at ground level.

Brick finishes were tested against the context to determine which created a visually appealing and cohesive elevation on Foxberry and Brockley Road.

Albion stone bricks were chosen as the primary facing material, reflecting the adjacent church and terraced houses. This material has 1/3 of the carbon in comparison to traditional fired clay bricks.
